At times however, this has left specifiers feeling caught between supplier and applicator, or worse still, just when you need them the applicator is no longer trading.

In order to gain more control over the application process, and to assure you that you will receive a watertight project, we have launched our Certified PartnerTM programme. Through this exciting programme, specifiers can now access a true, fully-integrated waterproofing system, backed by the Waterproofing Systems Ltd name, our brand integrity and proven track-record.

Certified Partners 1 Simply put, the Certified PartnerTM Programme offers you a service level never before seen in the waterproofing market. By using the programme, you receive our expertise and commitment to ensure your project is 100% watertight. If it isn't, and it's our fault, then it's our problem.

Through the Programme, you get full access to our technical team who will work through the design process with you, culminating in our sign-off of the specification and detailed drawing documentation.

The Certified PartnerTM programme operates as a genuine partnership, and therefore only the very best applicators are invited into the programme. Our training systems are specifically designed to ensure our Partners have the most up to date skills to apply our product. Our technical team follows this up with regular site inspections, our Partners follow our on-site QC processes, and a final inspection is also carried out on the entire waterproofing project.

We not only warranty the product, but also the workmanship carried out throughout the application. We guarantee that the application is of the highest standard, and is to the agreed specification.

In addition, Certified PartnersTM pay a levy on all their purchases which is then available to provide a valuable back stop in the unlikely event of a warranty claim against a Partner who has since ceased trading. This is a real incentive to you using a Certified PartnerTM on your project.

A key part of the Certified PartnerTM programme is the Code of Conduct for Partners. We regularly audit Partners to ensure the promises we make are being met, and if they aren't, a Partner can be removed from the programme. So to summarise, the programme offers you:
