duroTUF™ Acrylic

duroTUF™ is a liquid-applied acrylic membrane with high elastomeric properties. duroTUF™ has a very high solids content and can be quickly built up to the desired thickness. It can also be tinted to the desired colour.

The overall membrane thickness is governed by the application rate and by the number of coats applied.  Typically a two-body coat system will give approximately 1.0mm Dry Film Thickness (DFT).

duroTUF™ can be used as either a reinforced or non-reinforced membrane, with the extent of reinforcement being determined by the amount of traffic the membrane will receive.

Areas of Use

duroTUF™ can be used as a roofing membrane or an exposed trafficable deck membrane.  It can be used also as an exterior or interior coating system.

Durability and Performance Warranty

When installed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications duroTUF™ is performance warranted to remain waterproof for up to 5 - 10 years of an indefinite service life. A full product warranty is issued on completion, together with a workmanship warranty from the approved applicator.
